1978 - Jim Piercey, human being, took clay from planet earth and began making studies of the human head.

1979 to 80 - The series of several such studies showed that the form of the atomic mushroom cloud had been combined with the form of the human head.

1981 - The first public exhibition of the Anti-Nuclear War Head was held in Salt Lake City, Utah

1982 - The work of world-wide distribution of the Anti-Nuclear War Head began in New York City with a large display during the June 12th rally to end the arms race.

1984 - Many translations of the phrase “Anti-Nuclear War Head” were made with further preparations for worldwide for worldwide distribution.

1985 - Anti-Nuclear War Heads were presented to citizens of the Soviet Union.

1986 - In the desert of the American Southwest Anti-Nuclear War Heads were symbolically broken to emphasize the setback that atomic testing poses to the work of protecting planet earth from nuclear weapons.

1987 - Jim Piercey, a human being, supports the work with his commitment to produce several thousand Anti-Nuclear War Heads to balance the number of nuclear warheads on planet earth.

2006 - The threat continues. It is a life's work to come to peace.
